2003 Set in Diamond Proof Quality (DPQ). The Finnish Mint has issued the first set of coins in DPQ qaulity, a patented Finnish method, in which the coin dies have an amorphous diamond coating. When compared to normal proof quality coins, the coins in the Diamond Proof Quality set have an exquisite silky luster.

This set includes a silver mint medal with a 0.02 carat diamond.
